1999 Astro Van Battery Dies?

Every time it is cold and rainy my battier dies and I can't get my van to start. This happened last winter and has started again. Any thoughts one what may be wrong? We had the battier checked at Advanced Auto and they say it is good. I also had no problems during the summer.
