A Strange, Cynical Woman I Know, Who I Want To Help But Don't Know How To Deal With?

She could be suffering from a myriad of things. Sounds like she has some ocd tendencies as well as some Borderline tendencies, but then she sounds paranoid as well. Is she MR (mentally retarded)? I have worked with some MR adults who say very interesting things that don't have much meaning (such as "I'm going to Ireland today to have lunch with my grandma. She's sick. So and so is taking me. Want to come with?" when we knew full well that her grandma had died years before. Sounds like she does need help though.
