What smartphone should I buy?

I've owned three windows based smartphones, and they ALWAYS freeze. you have to constantly go to control panel then end all tasks or they will freeze. After this experience I would recommend a Blackberry. But if I were you I would get the curve or even the 8820 with it's amazing wifi.
