I just had my baby,what is a good way to lose weight?
Congradualtions on your baby first and foremost! I'm in the sam situation as you. Just had my daughter a month ago and I'm dying to get back into shape. I'm 5' 9" and use to weigh 145. I was 190lbs at the end of my pregnancy. I am feeding and I know that helps. They say it burns 500 calories a day. My weight now is 160. I go walking everynight with baby for 30 mins and do some toning excercises. I eat whatever I want but in SMALL portions and have eased off bread and sugar. That helps a lot. So I guess my answer to your question is 30mins of workout everyday and you'll see the results right away and eat in moderation. Hope this is informative.
