Iq derma clear remedy for acne?

okay so i hv a lot of pimples on my forehead and nose. i dont hv bad acne its not so bad its not evn that noticeable but still i wanna do somethin bout it b/c ive had it for yrs(its gettin a little btr) so last yr my mom bought me neautrogena deep clean cream cleanser and i started usin it and it wrked(so i thought) it made my face feel clean and evrithin but jus a couple of weeks ago i started gettin more pimples and in places ive nvr had them b4 like under my lips above my chin etc... i think its the neutrogena but im not sure i releee wanna get rid of all these small pimples(on my forehead and nose) nd i wanna make sure my face is clean and looks like it... im not sure if i shud continue usin neutrogena b/c im not sure if its that thats causin the pimples(for a while it wrkd but now its like its backfirin on me) does anyone hv suggestions? nd if there are some good face creams out there im not too sure if i shud buy it or not b/c wat if it doesnt wrk nd i spnt all tat $ 4 nuthin?hlp
