Recommended calorie intake?

Where are the vegetables and fruits? I see you have the apple and bananna, but by limiting to that you are missing so many potential nutrients. It seems like all of your calories come from bread/grain carbs. If you want to lose weight try cutting back 500 calories a day. I put a link to a web site that I like to use to try to pick out the bests foods. Sometimes at the end of a day I go back and tally up all the foods i have eaten and look at the list and see how i compare. good luck, keep up the good work with the gym too!
