Braces tightening?????????????????

I have 3 more appointments left until i get my braces off. I have gone to get a tightening and it hadnt been to painful for a year and half, but a month ago i had surgery so they straightened out the adult teeth that were coming down and they are all the way up my gums and really far from my teeth. Last appointment i almost ped out cuz of the pain in the area near my upper gums because that is where the 2 teeth are.i am use to pain because i do kickboxing and have been hit MANY times in the jaw really hard but the tightening of those 2 UPPER TEETH was the worst experience of my life, and i have to go tommorow for the tightening whatt should i do?
