Should the law be enforced which means both McCain and Obama will not appear in the ballots in Texas?

That's interesting. I didn't know about this. Normally I'd say go Obama and I hope they enforce it, but as much as I hate myself for saying it, I feel that Texans deserve to vote too....even if it is for McCain. But god I hope they are smarter than they have been for the past 8 yrs.
