Dating a Lebanese.. Any feedback?

Im dating a half lebanese and half american guy. He was born in the us, his parents were divorced at a very young age. His fathers side is pure lebanese (not very religious though) and his mothers side is pure american. Im russian, we both come from different cultures with differents family values. I want learn more about Lebanese men, culture, people, food etc..
