What's the best way to get acquainted with the Qu'ran?

I'm interested in learning about Islam and what the Qu'ran says, but I don't speak Arabic so I cannot read the original Qu'ran, and I've heard that the translations are not good. Is there a good site that has an introduction to Islam?
