Are the elections in Iraq a good example that we have accomplished a majority of our goals there?

It is a good sign that we can do things we couldn't do a year ago. It isn't the end all and we still have a long way to go. Incidents happen every day that make us worry, but also good things happen that let us have hope. More so than the elections I am impressed when they get together and p legislation that dissatisfies some, but still they stick together.
