Are there any drugs out there that can cause or worsen Asperger's?

I was just wondering if there is a pill or chemical I can ingest that would give me Asperger's or autism. Possibly one that kills neurons or rather, "re-wires" the way u think n stuff. ne ideas???? tnx :)
