What are the nicest countries in Eastern Europe to visit?

From what I researched Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania seem really nice. From what you've visited where would you recommend to visit? I'm off to Tallinn Estonia on Tuesday so can't wait! Thanks! :D
