Which mac would you recommend?

I'd say just get the regular iMac. . . unless you really want to keep using your PC keyboard, screen and mouse, or buy new ones from Apple, the mac Mini isn't worth it. And if you want to use it for graphics, you're better not using a PC screen because it defies the purpose.
