Is this allergies or coming down with something?

I have a scratchy throat and feeling like I should clear my throat. Rarely getting anything out. My voice messes up and my throat hurts after I have tried to clear it down near that trachea thing in there. When I get anything out it is whitish. Could it still be allergies or maybe staring bronchitis/pharyngitis? No fever yet, but don't feel well.
